THE FAMILY COTTAGE
The Family Cottage accommodates a maximum of seven persons,
and includes a complete kitchen, living room, full bath and two
bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a
double-bed, with the second bedroom having two bunk beds and a
single bed. The Kitchen includes a refrigerator, small electric range,
microwave, and coffee pot. All dishes and utensils must be
provided by the guests. Guests using this facility and the Asbury
Lodge will take their meals in the dining room of the Asbury Lodge. Guests renting solely this facility
are responsible for all of their own meals, or they may purchase brown-bag meals from the mount
Asbury kitchen staff for an additional fee.
THE GRAY HOUSE

The Gray House sleeps a total of 12 people, using 6 bunk beds in 3
bedrooms. The facility includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a
loft, a large meeting room/living area, a dining room, a recreation
room, and a kitchen. The kitchen includes all appliances necessary
for meal preparation, but groups must bring their own dishes and
utensils for meal prep and service. Guests using this facility, and
the Asbury Lodge, will take their meals in the dining room of the
Asbury Lodge. Guests renting solely this facility are responsible for all of their own meals, or they may
purchase brown-bag meals from the Mount Asbury kitchen staff for an additional fee.
THE ASBURY LODGE
Opening in January 2009, The Asbury Lodge sleeps up to 54 people
in motel style accommodations. There are 14 guest rooms, each
with their own private bath, 2 of which are handicap accessible.
Each room sleeps up to 4 people in one set of bunk beds and a
queen size bed. All linens for the bed and bath are provided for
each guest. The facility includes a reception area, a large meeting
room, an intimate worship space, a recreation room, and a dining
room. Guests using this facility will take their meals in the dining room.
ADVENTURE FACILITIES
Mount Asbury is host to 2 fabulous
opportunities to strengthen group dynamics.
The Climbing tower and the low ropes
Challenge Course are both designed to help
your group members develop strong character
and good relational skills. These activities
must be facilitated by trained Mount Asbury
Staff.
PET POLICY
No pets are permitted in any of the buildings, and must be on a leash at all times. Owners will be held
responsible for the behavior of their pets, including barking, etc. Mount Asbury staff will not be
responsible for cleaning up after your pets.
