Camper Registration Online
Registration for Summer Camps has begun. One questions that is being asked, "If the church pays half, how can we do this?" This year we are asking for full payment to be made when you register. In order for churches to pay half and the parents pay half, there are three options. First, the parents can give the church their portion of the fee. In turn the church can collect all monies of those who are planning on attending camp and register the children or youth online, paying for them via a credit card or e-check. Second, the parents can pay the full amount. When they receive their confirmation of having registered they will take this form to their church and the church can refund their portion. Third, send in a paper application with the two checks and the camping office will register the individual or group. These forms can be downloaded from this website. When choosing this third option, please submit both the registration AND the health form by mail at the time of registration. If you have downloaded the form that requires a doctor's signature and do not yet have the doctor's signature, please submit a photocopy of the completed medical form without the signature, and bring the final copy with doctor's signature with you to camp.
Before you begin the registration process there are several things you will need to have available to you. Some of these things are:
- Emergency contact information (name, phone number);
- List of allergies, dietary needs, limitations;
- List of medications your child is taking;
- Doctor information (name, phone number);
- Date of last physical;
- Health insurance information (name of company, policy & group numbers).
As you register online, there are examples of how dates and phone numbers are to be typed in.
We realize this is a change from last year. With this being the first year to do online registration, we are continually working out the kinks so we can improve the process.
